Leaseholder and Communal Area Repairs

As a leaseholder, you can report a repair relating to a communal area via the link below:

Due to technical issues, our online repair service is not available. For your repair request, please call our contact centre on 0800 952 5555. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

As a council leaseholder you are responsible for the repair and maintenance of everything inside your home, while we are responsible for the structure, exterior and communal parts of the building, including:

  • A lift
  • Communal television aerial
  • Door entry system
  • Electronic barriers and gates
  • Guttering
  • Broken main entrance door of a block.
