Leaseholder and communal area repairs

As a leaseholder, you are responsible for repairs inside your home. The Council takes care of the structure and exterior. This generally does not include gates and fences. We also take care of communal areas of your building.

Please check your leaseholder contract for full details.

If you notice any problems in the communal areas, it is important to report them quickly to us so they can be fixed safely before they get worse.
