The Atrium is an award-winning project for our office, and is located within the East City Point development zone which forms part of the regeneration in Canning Town and Custom House Area. The site provides 153 new homes and has excellent transportation links. Our experienced lead surveyor was on hand from the outset with pre-application advice which provided a smooth running to the whole operation.
The project has since attained numerous awards and continues to draw positive praise for its bespoke and enhanced life safety systems. For such an individual design, specialist consultations were undertaken with the fire service and engineers in our team. The lead officer Mariza Graham took pleasure in signing off this project and has since built a robust working relationship with the architects.
