Revised dates and times for services during Christmas and New Year 2025/26

Certificate Ordering Service

Please note that our office will be closed for all certificate services from the close of business on 24 December 2025 until 1 January 2026.

  • Priority orders placed during this period will be processed from 2 January 2026 onwards.
  • Standard service orders will be issued within 15 working days, excluding the days we are closed.

All services will resume as normal from 2 January 2026.

Additionally, if you have requested a certificate by post, please allow extra time for delivery during the busy Christmas period due to potential delays with Royal Mail.
