Mental Capacity Act Survey

Newham Safeguarding Adults Board is inviting residents to take part in an anonymous survey about their experiences of the Mental Capacity Act.

Resident feedback will help professionals better understand how the Act is being applied in everyday situations and identify areas where support, training, or communication can be improved.

By obtaining residents’ views, this will directly contribute to shaping safeguarding practice that protect and empower individuals across our community.

Residents’ responses will help ensure that decisions about care and wellbeing are respectful, lawful, and person-centred.

The closing date is 1 March 2026
