- If you still can not find the answer to your query, then submit a PCN enquiry
Penalty Charge Notice disputes can NOT be discussed over the phone or email.
You are required to follow the statutory process which makes it necessary for you to either pay or submit an Informal Challenge or Formal Representation.
You will need:
- PCN Number
- vehicle registration (number plate)
- any other relevant details
