When will the work happen?
The Warm Homes Programme will run from 2025 to 2028.
- Grant-funded works will be completed by April 2028
- Some Council-funded works may run until September 2028
Work will take place across the borough in phases.
- We are currently appointing designers and will begin energy surveys in the North Woolwich area from February 2026.
- If your home is included, you will be contacted directly before any work starts.
