Invite the Mayor
The Mayor makes frequent community visits across the borough: from schools, to coffee mornings, to community events.
To invite the Mayor to visit an event you are hosting, please fill out an invite the Mayor application form . We will be in touch to let you know if it is possible, and please ensure you give plenty of notice for your event.
Talk to the Mayor in person
Newham residents who would like to talk to the Mayor individually should complete a Meet the Mayor form to request an appointment. Please note that this does not guarantee you an appointment, and that all requests are assessed by the Mayor's Office to ensure that they are suitably dealt with in line with the Mayoral statutory remit.

Surgeries usually take place on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Please note that the Mayor’s surgeries are by appointment only, and once your appointment has been confirmed you will be contacted with details of how to access the meeting.
