Door entry fobs and keys
If you have lost or damaged your door entry fob or key, find out how to order a replacement. Please note, there is a £20 charge for replacement fobs and keys.

Refuse and recycling
Visit our recycling page for information on what you can recycle. Larger items can be taken to Jenkins Lane Re-use and Recycling Centre or visit Recycle Now to find local recycling points.

Housing benefit
If you are applying for Housing Benefit or would like support with your rent, please contact the Benefits Team on 0208 430 2000 or use the online contact form.
Antisocial behaviour

Report housing-based antisocial behaviour. This includes nuisance neighbours, abuse, harassment and intimidation, people using drugs in or around the property and domestic abuse (for council tenants)

Report street-based antisocial behaviour. This includes public consumption of alcohol, begging or street soliciting, large or problematic gatherings and unlawful gambling on the streets

If you are experiencing the antisocial use of vehicles, rowdy and nuisance behaviour, criminal damage or vandalism, drug dealing, misuse of air guns and/or the inappropriate use of fireworks, report it to your local Police Safer Neighbourhoods Team
