How to find a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number
The PCN number can be found on the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or letter.
Lost PCN number or letter
If the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or letter has been lost, or you are unable to locate the PCN number:
Phone: 0208 430 2000
- Choose option 6, For 'Waste, Cleansing, Parking services and Parking tickets (PCNs), or Concessionary travel'.
- Choose option 4, For 'Parking and Penalty Charge Notices'.
- Choose option 1, For 'Penalty Charge Notices, vehicle removals or to report an illegally parked vehicle'.
- Choose option 7, For 'If you have lost your PCN letter or number'.
Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) disputes can NOT be discussed over the phone.
You will need:
- the vehicle registration (number plate)
You will be required to verify that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle.
You are required to follow the statutory process which makes it necessary for you to either pay or submit an Informal Challenge or Formal Representation.
