When surveys will happen and which homes are included
The programme will run from 2026 to 2028. Surveys will start in mid 2026 and all surveys should be completed in 2028. Work will be carried out area by area. If your home is included, you will receive a letter about your appointment.
We are surveying council homes that do not currently have an EPC or have an EPC that is more than 10 years old.
