Newham Council is carrying out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys in council homes across the borough. Around 4,000 council homes do not have an up to date EPC, and we are working to change that. These surveys will help us understand how energy efficient your home is, identify where improvements are needed, and plan upgrades to make homes warmer and cheaper to run. Our goal is for all council homes to reach EPC Band C by 2030.
