EPC (Energy Performance Certificate): A national survey and rating system that shows how energy efficient a home is, from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
Energy assessor: A trained professional who carries out EPC surveys.
Energy efficiency: How well a home keeps heat in and uses energy.
