How do I apply to be on the approved list?

You will need to apply online for an Access permit if you:

  • park off-street at an addresses in a Healthy School Street zone and do not have a Resident Parking Permit or a Disabled Parking Permit
  • are a Business Permit holder whose vehicle is registered at an addresses in a Healthy School Street zone and is ordinarily kept there overnight.

If you change your vehicle, you will need to cancel your permit and apply again for your new vehicle, or you risk receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for entering the HHS zone during the timed access restrictions.
