Who can drive on these streets during restricted times?
During the restricted times residents and businesses who have their vehicles or motorcycles registered at any of the addresses listed above will be permitted to drive into the Pedestrian and Cycle Only zone.
Emergency services, black cabs and blue badge holders who have been granted access will be able to drive on the street at all times. Find out more about access for blue badge holders.
Other drivers such as visitors, delivery services and school employees will not be able to drive into the pedestrian and cycle only zone during operational hours.
