​Bollywood dance for over fifties Thursday, 2 - 3pm​ These sessions are infused with lots of fun, laughter and energy.​
​Chair based exercise Friday 11.15am - 12.15pm​ You can use this class if you have trouble getting up and about, or even if you just want a change of activity.​
