An Access permit allows a vehicle to drive through a restricted area or street.
Where you need an Access permit
Each of the following require a separate Access permit:
- Browning Road Bridge: Local residents and businesses with a valid Access permit are able to drive through the restriction in the southbound direction only.

- Healthy School Streets (HSS): Residents and businesses with a valid Access permit, are able to drive through the HSS zone during restricted hours.

- West Ham Park Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN): Blue Badge holders with a valid Access permit can drive through all streets in West Ham Park LTN, including those with restricted access. To obtain a valid Access permit you must apply for it as they are not automatically linked to a qualifying address within the West Ham Park LTN. Renewing an Access Permit
Permits must be renewed annually.
