Off Street Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) are issued for one of the following contraventions. A contravention is when a parking or driving rule has been breached.

71 - Parked in an electric vehicles’ charging place during restricted hours without charging.
The vehicle must be electric and must be charging. Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV's) can park in electric vehicle charging spaces whilst they are charging.

82 - Parked after the expiry of paid for time.
If you paid for parking but remained parked for longer than the time you paid for.

83 - Parked in a car park without clearly displaying a valid pay & display ticket or voucher or parking clock.

85 - Parked without a valid virtual permit or clearly displaying a valid physical permit where required.
The vehicle was parked in a location that required a permit, but did not hold a valid virtual permit, or have a valid physical permit clearly displayed.

86 - Not parked correctly within the markings of a bay or space.
The vehicle was not parked correctly inside the lines and markings of a parking space/bay.
