Property Licensing Register
Property Licensing Public Register
Under the Housing Act 2004, every local authority must maintain a public register of properties licensed under the Act. This includes any Temporary Exemption Notices served, as well as any Interim or Final Management Orders.
Our registers are updated regularly as new property licences are issued.
