15th October 2025 - The Council has published the Public Notice in line with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 in the Newham Recorder and to sent a copy to the Local Plan mailing list.

7th October 2025 - The Council has responded to (IN2.2) Further Prelimary Questions in ED004 - LBN response to IN2.2 Inspector's Further Premlimary Questions.

30th September 2025 - The Council has responded to the (IN2) Inspector's Preliminary Questions and (IN2.1) Further Preliminary Questions in ED001 - LBN response to Inspector's Preliminary Questions to the Council and ED002 - LBN Response to Inspector's Further Preliminary Questions to the Council. These responses are supported by the Topic Paper - Site Capacity Study Summary (ED003a and ED003b), EOD001 - Housing Trajectory FY2022.23 Regulation 19 PINS and EOD002 - Housing Trajectory FY2023.24 Submission PINS.
